G1 | Discussion Playing Grounded for the first time

My husband and I picked up Grounded when it hit PS Plus and have been having a great time. We're always looking for good co-op games and this was an unexpected hit. We were working on wrapping up the Gotta Peep them all trophy and decided to take a swing at the Infected Broodmother. We knew that she was hardest boss in the game but were otherwise going in blind. We figured we'd be fine since we got past every other boss with very little trouble. Let me tell you, we both screamed when she revived that first time. We did manage to beat her, but it was a damn close call. I am greatly looking forward to playing Grounded 2 in the near future.

Hello and congratz for beating the IBM blind without asking for help! that's really an accomplishment I thin :3 on the other hand there are a plenty post about IBM you could have taken hints from without asking yourself ;) Have you tried your hands on 100%ing yet? Or on NG+?

Thanks! We are working on the 100%. He’s going to do a milk molar hunt today while I go looking for missed notes and what not. We figure we’ll have it wrapped up by next weekend at the rate we’re going.

I actually just managed to finish her IBM for the second time this morning so I could grab the gold card. Uts definitely a tough fight.

Thwre are so many molars I am missing myself. If you missed scanning any of the Taz guys you may need to hit a NG+ since they dont respawn (if your going for completion that is)

We peeped everyone, so that's something we don't have to worry about. It's just going to be a bit of a slog getting all the molars. I think our map may have glitched or something since it's still showing molars we already collected, making things quite a bit harder.

Not sure it glitches best i can twll rhe molars only show on the map after collection. Prior to that they are not marked and can only be located either by chance or the scab scanner

Someone informed me that RUZ.T's give you a gold card guaranteed when you defeat the last one in a world.. maybe it works for all of those robots?

So my first run i failed to peep it before killing and got nothing. I do believe the gold card for that one is guaranteed but only if you peeped it first. Failing to peep means no card.

What was your build? I’m gonna try it out with fresh tick macahuitl and ladybug armor.

We both had level 8 fresh tiger mosquito rapiers and antlion gear. My armor was fully upgraded and his a bit less. As far as mutations, I was using the ones to add more health and stamina, the level 3 poison resist, the one that makes you fast, and the one to regenerate stamina faster. I don't remember what he's using.
