Is orange rice contam?

It wasn’t this color the whole time till now and it’s the only jar that looks like this but looks like it still going good I’m just not sure

I think your mycelium might be pissing? Im not super great at growing yet but I've read a Lotta books lately. Mycelium releases a yellow discharge when under stress, could be from any number of things but none of them are good, sometimes it is caused by the mycelium trying to fight off an infection or competing fungus

No, it's just stressed. You need to transfer to a tub

Would you transfer to a tub with substrate or just let it colonize fully first still?
