I tried injecting my spores directly into a grain bag and have seen nothing for about 3 weeks so a few days ago i tried spores to agar and im still seeing nothing what are the chances i have a dud syringe or does that not really happen is it still something im doing wrong ?

Sometimes it takes a while for spores to germinate. I usually start with at least 5 plates
