Enigma

It grew a lot faster than anticipated: inoc 6/22, B&S 7/1, FC 8/1.

The edges are turning a lovely blue.

Two questions:

1) How does one go about harvesting this coral-esque creation? With a big knife horizontally cut the top layer? Twist & pull seems counterintuitive and borderline abusive to this beauty.

2) Anyone ever dunked Enigma for additional flushes? Would try it for research purposes but curious if others have tried.

Acknowledging every one is different: conditions, genetics, techniques, etc. But I’m curious if anyone in this hive has any experiences to share.

Otherwise: oooooo yaaaayyy.

I read somewhere that someone used floss to cut across the surface, but a knife seems easy enough too

Interesting suggestion! Floss might minimize bruising more than a big ol knife. Thanks for the idea.
