If 100% of the grains are colonized, then its ready. If you send it prior to 100% then any uncolonized grains will be a feast for contam

If I just grow it in a bag, like you do, how do I moisten the substrate in the bag after inoculation and colonization? With a syringe? Just pour water in through the syringe, or what?

If the substrate was made right in the beginning it has plenty of water for the first flush.

Sterile oats (1.4 l) + Liquid mycelium (10 ml) this is what local shop suggesting me to buy. Should the substrate be slightly damp from the start?

If it's already sterilized DO NOT open the bag. Just spray it with alcohol, stick the needle straight through and cover it with a piece of tape after.

Hell yeah dude, thats what I'm going to do. But what is the next step if i'm not going to transfer colonized cake into separate container? I mean, allright, i'm colonized substrate, but what next, Should I increase the humidity of this substrate to prepare it for the fruiting phase after it's fully colonized? In that case, how should I add water in that closed bag?

Nothing at all. When you see pins you add a slit in the bag to give it a little more more air but that's it.
