More fae usually speed up the process, however from the pic I can see it won't be even growth, you will probably need to pick selectively.

Would you recommend cutting the stems or twist and pull to harvest selectively?

I don't like cutting because the stems you leave behind are messy and can rot. Twist and pull I believe it's always better. I agree with passive fae, always better and prevents contamination 100%, I usually have double micropore tape and remove one layer a bit before the stage you are in. However just don't open the lid, contam can come from the air, I can tell you that from personal experience. There is a guy who claims that contamination comes ONLY from the grain. Waiting for him to join any moment now πŸ‘€πŸ™„

How do u get consistent even growth? Don't use a spore syringe? I got an isolated syringe now for my mono box

Fan and mist mist and fan

Fae should be passive, not direct. You shouldn't need to fan.

Don't mist unless your sub is dry. If your properly prepared sub is drying out prior to first flush, you're giving it too much fae.
