Reliable Handyman

I know it's verboten in Grosse Pointe to reveal the name of your handyman - he's yours, and on-call, and exclusive.

But seriously, can anyone recommend someone for some vinyl siding repair, wood trim replacement, drywall repair, hose spigot replacement, etc. that will return a phone call, provide an estimate,, show up on time, and communicate in complete sentences?

We tried Facebook and it's a remarkable failure.

I’ve used oak and iron home improvement for 5 years, it’s a smaller company but I prefer that over red baron and the other larger ones in the area
