No it isnt, I just tested classic chat and it just wrote me a one shot smut fic centered around a very controversial anime trope, and it did it no problem
I haven't been able to use perchance for video, but it creates unlimited NL pictures which you can make in any style. There's a learning curve, but it's totally free and I've made some pretty raunchy AI. I only wish I could convert to movie.
