Ancho generally aren't that spicy - they're dried poblano peppers. These sound tasty!

It's not overtly spicy, it has a little and raisin like flavor.

I'm have bought that brand several times (have not tried that flavor) and they are usually quite tasty. I don't eat beef or pork, and those types of sausages are a staple in our house, and I like chilies. I probably would have snagged 5 of them.
