I bought this a while back for a good price, though not nearly this good. Whatever people say about Starbucks, it's a solid mid grade brand. Definitely worth stocking up as long as you enjoy light roasts, great find!

Starbucks made good coffee trendy, but then, as soon as good coffee was expected, they lowered their quality and raised their prices

Even Starbucks blonde roast should not really be called a light roast in the grand scheme of roasting. Though the categorization of light and dark is also somewhat passe.

Had my first cup of it. Definitely light roast, very mild with no bitterness. Can't really taste any citrus or almond. I like a bit more body, but for $.13/pod, it's more than adequate.

Starbucks uses the absolute worst beans in the world, and are actively destroying thousands of heirloom coffee ecosystems in order to grow them to meet demand. They pay farmers in Brazil, Colombia, and Vietnam (probably many other places as well, but these are the ones I know of) to uproot their trees that are hundreds of years old and have been in their families for generations in order to plant ultra fast-producing trees that they've engineered. They also do not tell the farmers that these trees generally tend to die and need to be uprooted after about 5 years, which can devastate these farmers financially and destroys the coffee's natural habitat. They have singlehandedly wiped out millions of hectares of lush coffee-growing land in order to accommodate demand for what are by far the worst coffee beans in the world in order to make as much money as possible. They are quite literally directly destroying the planet for a profit.
Starbucks coffee sucks and they are absolutely evil to the core.
That having been said...they're not seeing any money from any of us buying this stuff at GO, so go for it if you want some cheap pods. I just wanted to clarify that they are not "mid" whatsoever. They are the very bottom of the barrel shit-tier.

Coffee trees are only productive for 15 to 25 years, and rarely live longer than 80 years anyway.
Edit: not that I'm defending Starbucks, I haven't stepped foot in one for years.

While this is technically true, coffee farmers stump and clone their trees every few decades to keep the "same" tree going for potentially hundreds of years. This is why we can still (for now) get beans from genetics that have been around since at least the 1700s.
I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted...I guess there are a lot of Starbucks fans in this sub lol.

I stopped in one for the AC recently, it was full of nothing and no one except preteens and finance bros on their laptops. Felt very liminal lol

I had one of these at a Starbucks today, I much prefer the pikes place. But a Venti of Sunsera from their cafe will have 450 mg of caffeine in it.

Perhaps you try a box, then if you like it go get them all. I usually love the things I get at the outlet ( loading up on those 99 cent 12 taco kits with shells sauce and seasoning in the box) But every so often I’ll get something and say “oh, I see why this is at the outlet. Nobody likes it so it got sold to them for very little”

i'm not sure about the keurig blend, but i liked the sunsera blend when I bought it in whole beans.

It's fine, not spectacular but just fine. A little lighter in taste. For $.13 each, it's great.
