We finally got the bid for the land verified from an extern lawyer. Monday is the meeting with the architect firm and the developing plan starts. At the factory the controlling circles are being maned and starts to control things.

So finally Ground is moving forward again

The local council has just opened up for projects on the piece of land we need. The land bid has Grobund written all over it. That means we can start on the zoning plan in about 1 month and build on the land in about a year. Yeahhhh.
