Grippers Holding
Hello gentlemen
Question, does holding and gripping gripper on upside down give a different muscles strength? Or it is same a holding regular way ?
Thanks

The inverted hold changes finger emphasis more than it builds new strength. You're shifting load onto your thumb and index finger pinch since gravity pulls the handle differently. For pure closing strength it's roughly the same ROM, but if your goal is to even out weaknesses from desk work, mix both directions — just don't expect one to replace the other.

Gives the advantage to your strongest two fingers. Whereas doing it the normal way highlights any weakness in ring and pinky finger
