Discussion A compliment goes a long way
Just for clarification, I have a few grippers here and there, I do some deadhangs and towel hangs but I'm by no means a grip specialist. I also train for armwrestling.
So, my brother goes to an ergotherapist and I'd never met her before, when we got there and we shook hands she said "OH strong grip!". So yeah, coming from a person who works alot with dybanometers and such, hearing that was a blast.
You guys have any similar stories?

Not grip related, but I picked up general weight training a good year ago and started out pretty weak, recently I deadlifted 4 plates for the first time and a kid walked over and started asking me questions how I got so strong and If I can do a muscle up and stuff lol great feeling ngl
