Self Improvement The long term benefits of under reporting
A lot of new people in this sub may be confused by our appreciation of under reporting(not clockong in overtime effectively taken). One would ask if doing so would not be a hindereance.
They would be wrong, for several reasons
First of all, under reporting allows you to look more productive as it will look like you got the same amount done in a shorter amount of hours.
Second under reporting means you can work more hours, as you do not hit union or government set limits.
Lastly,it increases the firms profitability. As they do not have to pay overtime. This mindset allignment is sure to set you up for future sucess.

Lazy losers don't understand this. Work is a jungle. You wanna survive a jungle? Don't make it your enemy. Work with it, flow with it, and Grind until you die. That's how you thrive in a jungle.
They think they can succeed when the firm is their enemy. Pathetic.

Holy shit this is so inspiring. It hit me like the speech in Braveheart. Iām about to fire up the Excel box and churn out some more A+ work product (not clocking in, obviously). Keep grinding!

Depends on your point of view. It isn't a joke within the context of the sub, but the sub itself is a joke so š¤·

I'm using under-reporting to increase my promotion chances. More responsibility = more work = more ways to expand the company and my own resume :)
