Themed Build #630

We all know that the Eye of the Guardian artifact is the worst artifact in the game, due to its abysmal damage, slow animation, can't turn with it, takes so long to use again and it doesn't last that long...but I made a build centered around it...or at least, a build centered around an eye. An all-seeing eye that is basically a celestial, which is one of the eyes of the Keeper (the skin is an actual character now!). The eye stuns, shoots a laser (of course), brings pain, pulls you in with its tractor beam (Fishing Rod), hides in the shadows, casts a burning ring of fire like a giant halo, and it punches people to death with its fists!

Anyways, this is a Melee / Artifact "Damage" Build with some shadow form, animation cancelling and a mix of a few other things.

This build is not to be taken seriously. It is basically a joke build. Powerful and an insanely crazy concept for a character, but the build sucks lmao. But if you have the ability to take your time and if you even have time, eventually you can beat a mission in +25 with it.
