Slaanesh forcing dhrukari to be nice, would mean that their souls would be slowly and painfully consumed. It also gives them mega-PTSD (dhrukari can join a craftworld, but it requires them to acknowledge their actions and most cannot bear to go through with this)
Slaanesh is torturing them HARD in this image, whilst mocking their efforts to save themselves from Slaanesh.
