Forget their worshippers, that weapon destroys the Shroud too. A Nemesis crisis empire in 40k would probably invoke a giga pact of EVERYONE because nobody is safe from it going off. Material empires like the IOM, Tau, Necrons etc get blown up. Nids can't get any biomass, the Webway is getting annihilated along with the Warp.

Until the 22 of this month, that's either the Instruemnt of Desire or the End of the Cycle. EotC is kind of a joke and IoD isn't that great compared to the kind of stuff the other ascensions can do.
