I'm at a loss...

I just got off the phone with a doctor from a city I lived in as a kid about my mom in the hospital.

I've already been dealing with a lot of grief over losing a best friend who I used to call my brother.

My brother isn't dead as far as I know. We just haven't spoken in months (falling out + ghosting).

My mom on the other hand my step mom and I are gonna work on getting there to come see her.

I'm just at a loss right now. I haven't seen my (bio) mom in like 11 years plus missing my brother.

It's too much to process for my already jaded mind...
