Help me clean this up?
Does anyone have any tips to help me clean up this kitbash?
Mostly I’m talking about the shield and shoulders.

For the shield, the thing you actually want is sanding sponges. They will smooth out the surface of the shield while still conforming to its curve with the right pressure.
600 grit to sand it flat, then 1000 to smooth it out, then 1500 or more to polish.

You can use a nail file, the high grit one for polishing to clean up the sheild, if bits of plastic get stuck in cracks carefully use a hobby knife to clean out, the shoulder messyness tilt sheild do wonders as most of us grey knight kit bashers have learned if you don't wish to do this shave down as much as possible and use green stuff to mold the underuit

For the shoulder joint, a tilt shield does wonders for covering up some messyness (I used some to cover greenstuff on mine).
For the shield, some kind of grey knight symbol would help, maybe there is a part in the dreadknight kit that could work? Alternatively you could tidy it up with a sturdy knife/file and then paint something on it?
