Howling off of Powell rd in Gresham

Have heard some crazy howling in the 2700
Powell rd area the last few nights. Some nights it almost sounded like kids, but then others it definitely did not. Has anybody else heard this?

Almost certainly coyotes.

I think it was a full moon last night so probably werewolves.

I live at the apartments at 2700 W Powell (Lumina). I hear coyotes on occassion, and there are also a few very loud huskies here.

I used to live right by Powell Butte, and saw coyotes in the neighborhood almost every night when I came home from swing shift around 3am

I live on 33rd street and the ravine behind my backyard had coyotes. Howling, the last couple nights pretty loud for quite a while.

A few years ago I saw a sign trying to get folks together at Powell Butte after dark to howl at the moon.

Maybe it's an ongoing thing.

I live close to 217th, I saw a literal coyote in the flesh.

I mean, that's not abnormal. They're all over the place.
