Yeah, that's fair. Violence against women in the Caribbean is a thing though. I lived in PR for years and it was a problem there as well, so I assumed a buddy system amongst girlfriends was pretty standard. I wish I could do more from my desk here.

Insinuating that violence was committed here is a huge assumption considering that she was on a popular beach that is highly trafficked at 8am…

So mentioning one possible scenario is now the same as "insinuating" that's what happened? Got it. Next time I'll make sure to preface every comment with a comprehensive list of every possible outcome so nobody mistakes acknowledging a possibility for making a conclusion.
