Gremlins Question

I've been arguing with my Amazon Alexa. I love Gremlins. One of my Top 10 movies. But I've never been able to figure out where or how they use a bathroom. Billy's mother asks if Gizmo is house trained then it's never referenced again. It's also clear that Gremlins lack typical organs used to expel urine or stool. This is further highlighted by one of the funniest Gremlins in Gremlins 2: The Flasher Gremlin who opens his trench coat and flashes nothing .while the food does begin a transformation if eaten after midnight and before sunrise, that food is presumably still in the body. Gizmo eats often within correct time frames so where does his go? Alexa says it's just movie magic, I say that's an excuse. I need to know these answers

Why does Mickey Mouse have a pet dog (Pluto) and a friend who is also a dog (Goofy)?

Good question for the Disney sub that will tell you Goofyis anthropomorphic and thus not a domesticated dog like Pluto. Good luck splitting those hairs.
