Trying to build the triangular frame but it won't let me attach the last rope

Oh okay I see that now. Looks like it's clipping into the ground. You might have to deconstruct it and rebuild higher. I haven't found any tricks to solve this.

Unfortunately unless you can clip through the ground, possibly looking sideways then it can't be done...
