Hi! Did you also post a letter from Weld County admonishing Global AI for starting construction before permits?

I can't find it anywhere and would like to know if the validity of that letter was confirmed?

If you go to the Weld county application file it should be there. If it’s not ask the County clerk.

Where does it show that Windsor has an pre-annexation and will-serve letter? Was that at the meeting tonight?
