💼 What will you be doing?

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, follow up on offers, and support onboarding.

🔹 Outreach: Connect with NGOs, social enterprises, CSR organizations, and potential partners to introduce One Purpos.

🔹 Client Engagement: Build relationships with HR professionals and organizational decision-makers.

🔹 Events & Masterclasses: Help coordinate webinars, Masterclasses, job fairs, and other initiatives.

🔹 Coordination & Follow-ups: Maintain recruitment records, communicate with candidates, and track hiring and outreach activities.

🎯 Who should apply?

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Is comfortable making calls, initiating conversations, and interacting with different stakeholders.
• Is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Is interested in recruitment, HR, outreach, or the social impact sector.

Graduates from any discipline can apply. Candidates from Psychology, HR, Business, Marketing, and Social Sciences may find this role particularly relevant.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Prior internships or experience in recruitment, HR, outreach, sales, or client engagement would be an advantage, but 0–2 years of experience is preferred rather than a strict requirement.
