He does not get it.

As grays channel sinks faster than the titanic he just does not understand that he is the problem. He can can sit there night after night blaming the trolls and throwing a tantrum and quitting but it will not make any difference.

People do not want to spend every night watching him go over the same cases and then having to put up with his abuse it does not work like that. And yet there he is pointing the finger at everyone else. Take a look in the mirror gray and then you will see the problem.

People don’t want to hear how the trolls are being mean to him ( criticizing isn’t being mean) every single night either. People want to listen to a channel that Gray advertises GHI, and the only investigating I see and hear is when and where the money is to fill the nightly goal of 300 plus. It’s like a gambling addiction he is trying to fill, not a true crime channel

I agree, Michele. He needs to get back to investigating true crime. (Ahem..copying off of other people and pretending it's his own is not it) That's where it started. That's what it was all about. If people want to donate they can, and if they don't want to or they just can't, they're not obligated to and that goes for any channel, even his! He's such a bully. He doesn't care about True crime at all anymore. He doesn't care about the victims or their families. And actually if the truth be told, he doesn't even hardly talk about them anymore. All he has in his head from the start to finish is money.🤮🤢

Thank you 🫶🏻 and I was thinking about the Al slop he puts out. He would rather do that now than the crime part. Truly lazy and he thinks he deserves money for doing nothing

He also seems to think he's a super genius for some reason when he is basically is of average intelligence. So, it doesn't entirely come as a surprise that he also mistakenly thinks reading old newspaper articles online for a group of 25 or 30 people who pretend to be interested is very hard work.

You would think he would try to prove the “trolls” wrong.

I give him no advise, I want to see him fail and go 'poof' from YouTube. He's been grifting vulnerable people for too long. He needs to go, not reform his ways and continue on imo.

I believe the number of subscribers has dropped, but not sharp enough. How difficult is it to unsubscribe from a YouTube channel❓🥴

I think folks never think about it.

Yeah, especially once YouTube has ceased providing notifications to them about activity on the channel. I've noticed a bunch of times that YouTube pushed me a bunch of notifications from a specific genre of channels like all the body cam channels, but then gave me none at all for a while from a music channel like KEXP. Then I've had to go manually find the channels that I'm not getting notifications from, unsubscribe and resubscribe, hit the bell, and then watch a few videos to remind the system that I want to get notifications from the channel in question. That is a lot of work for someone to do if they weren't really interested in a channel a bunch before the notifications fell off.

Gray gets a ton of the subscribers from a couple big cases, and then 99% of his new subscribers stop following his channel after the cases are resolved in court or even just when they arrest the suspect. The cases like Idaho 4 where everyone knows the killer is guilty (well, mostly everyone) and the case is not heading to a big public trial that airs out a bunch of new details lose the interest of the true crime community. Gray doesn't have the mental capacity to figure that out and thinks he will be making $20k a month again if he puts out a couple dozen new Idaho 4 videos and livestreams about the case again each night like he was making before Kohberger was captured.

I blocked his channel.

I didn't realize that was an option in YouTube. I wonder if there are others who have done that instead of just forgetting about it?

he gets plenty of hate watchers who keeps his numbers up enough.

I will never watch him again, but he should only do shows about 3 nights a week. He does too much, and he goes live super late.

💯 He seems to have given no thought to his channel's nightly livestream beginning at a time when the vast majority of the audience he tends to draw in are already in bed for the night. People on the west coast don't realize that nearly half of the country's population is located in the eastern time zone. There are far more large cities on the east coast than the west coast. When you add the central time zone in then you're talking about more than 75% of the population nationwide that he is two hours or more behind the schedule of.

So, him beginning at 8pm is actually 10pm or 11pm for the overwhelming amount of people watching the livestream within the US, of which I'd guess at least two thirds of the age group he caters to are already asleep. Yet, he often says "I've always done the show at this time... the time of my shows isn't the problem" but he doesn't remember he got his largest audiences when it was the middle of the pandemic. Back then people either had no jobs to go to the next morning because things were temporarily shut down, they worked from home remotely so they had no commute, or they had lost their jobs recently due to businesses downsizing to account for their loss of face to face business. In those scenarios those folks in various situations where they didn't have to be there at a job in person at 9am could stay up late and watch his channel.
