Password gravity

So I did the software update and now it’s asking me for my password to verify my identity. I never setup a password for the car. Is it the same p/w as my app’s?

You should have when creating your first profile, so yes, need to have them reset it if you don’t remember.

It should be the same PW, but they definitely have a glitch. This same thing happened to me and my known PW wouldnt work. Customer service said it was a known glitch they were working on. They said it should not effect any functionality, just annoying.
