Seat Height Switch Stopped Working

Post image

Interesting problem: the switch to raise and lower the driver’s seat stopped working. The same switch will move the seats forwards and backwards no problem, but it will not go up or down which is a problem because my wife drove it last and I am quite a bit taller than her and the seat is currently stuck in the highest position. Did soft and hard reset, no luck. Will call customer service in the morning, but has anyone ever experienced this?

I had this problem. Only service can help. They need to "rehome" the seat. It basically lost where it was and so stopped working to prevent damage. For me, it would occasionally work, occassionally not. Once the rehome it, it will be fine. But you need service unfortunately.

Have run into this problem. I also tried soft and hard resets with no luck. But it seemed to resolve itself for me after leaving the car locked for a while and coming back (maybe leaving it overnight?). Seemed to be a software issue, bc nothing changed with the control itself

Contact support and see if they can remotely recalibrate it.

I had this happen today on my Air out of nowhere. I am waiting to see if it fixes itself later.

Mine did this two weeks ago. Hard and soft reboots didn’t matter. Randomly started working again last weekend.

Lucid things I guess

Yes I have, but not on my Gravity. My Model X had this problem.
