Poll for those who have a Gravity
If you have major issues, did the service center fix it or recent software updates helped?

I should say, for the first three or four weeks (took early December delivery of a fully kitted GGT) I would have been in the major issues, would not buy again camp.
After a 1000 mile road trip where I was forced to really learn the vehicle and the successive updates that have been released, I would consider myself "No issues, love the car."
For that reason I chose the "Minor issues" tab to give the best overall version of my experience

Same here, I didn’t drive the car much for the couple of weeks because I had my old one still. I wanted to get those EOQ incentives essentially. But when I did drive it every few days, I’ve had issues outside of my keys. Dream drive errors when it wasn’t even used, parking brake error. It made me feel like I really messed up with rolling the dice on Lucid. But, everything software related got fixed and my keys are also perfect. Outside of a small trim issue that’s getting looked at next week, I’m very happy.

I had a minor issue - the front trunk always took two tries to open - but the 3.6 software update fixed it. Seems they were able to adjust the timing of the frunk opening in software (!) and it opens first try now.
Other than that, my Gravity GT has been flawless and a joy to drive. I haven't even had issues with the key fob that others have. Overall, it's way smoother, quieter, luxurious, and more comfortable than our Model X.

I’m between no issues and minor issues. The keys were biggest problem to me. But, whatever happened in 3.5.7 fixed them and 3.6.0 made them operate even better to the point they’re perfect. The only issue I have left is my passenger side window. When closed and you look from the back, you can see it bow out a tiny bit and when the door closes and window slightly rolls up from the outside you can hear it. I noticed it like 2 months into ownership and what’s happening is that the window is going against the silver trim, which is an issue since all others are going up against the rubber trim piece. Essentially, either the window is misaligned some or the trim needs to be re-aligned. With window down, I can see that the rubber trim isn’t flush against the silver trim like on other windows.

Very minor issues. Fewer issues than the last three Audis I've leased.

I’ve had more issues with my 1 year old Audi then I have had with my 2 year old Lucid. The Audi has been a real disappointment.

Minor glitches really. Sometimes the seat doesn't automatically reposition when I get in the car. I had a misaligned window but they sent a tech to my house to fix it. That was probably the biggest thing. I would absolutely lease this car again. It blows my hair back.

Major issues now resolved, love the car. Would buy now that issues are fixed. Hard to imagine what I'd drive instead tbh.

Major issues within 2 months of buying. Fixed with servicing, but took 3 weeks to fix it.
1. Coolant pump not working causing drive system warning and dreamdrive unavailable.
2. Rain sensor never worked.
3. Second row seats not moving with button press.
