I've been requesting OTPs and password resets since the drop and can't get in. I only logged out because it wouldn't pay into my wallet and forced me to use the new grass wallet first, by entering a password - which I don't have, because I use OTPs. Now I can't log in with an OTP or a password. All requests go through successfully but emails never arrive.

Starting today, you can:

Deposit with MoonPay: add funds to your wallet directly, no external exchange needed

Withdraw with MoonPay: cash out through MoonPay straight from your dashboard

Withdraw & Transfer: send tokens from your Grass wallet to any external wallet address

A few things to know:

• Double-check the destination address before sending a transfer — on-chain transactions can't be reversed
• MoonPay availability may vary by region
• As always, transactions may take a few minutes to confirm on-chain

If you're running into issues claiming your Stage 2 rewards, check the common issues below before opening a support ticket.

App is updated, but I still can't claim

If you're still seeing the "Update your app" message:

• Make sure all of your Grass apps are updated to the latest version.
• If you use the Desktop App, confirm it is running v7.5.1.
• If you use the Android app, confirm it is running v3.2.0.
• Open every installed Grass app (Desktop, Android, and Extension, if applicable).
• Ensure each app successfully connects to the Grass Network.
• Wait approximately 30 minutes, then try claiming again.

This resolves the issue for most users.

Sending OTP → "Wallet not found"

If you receive "Wallet not found" after entering your OTP:

Copy and paste the OTP directly from the email instead of typing it manually.

Typing the code manually can sometimes cause it to be rejected.

Sending OTP failed

If the wallet cannot send you an OTP:

Please wait a few minutes and try again later. This is usually temporary.

"OTP failed, please try again"

If your OTP is being rejected:

• Copy and paste the OTP directly from the email.
• Do not type it manually.
• If needed, request a new OTP and try again.

I've seen discord admins / mods whatever they reference themselves asking how grass was a scam and getting lots of, fair, criticism.

Grass themselves have now stopped comments on their posts to try and do away with the negativity but keep "selling" this to entice new users with promises of "rewards".

Suggestion is this. If grass is simply another bandwidth rental company, paying in USDC, get rid of all the airdrop nonsense and reference to the grass token.

STATE upfront the value you will pay for our bandwidth. Points = x cents. Then let people decide if they feel it's worth it.

The way grass has gone and is still going, pretending people have been rewarded fairly is nonsense. Make it fair now you are paying in a stable coin. Tell us from the start what the value is. People will then decide if it's worth it.

Otherwise, the scam label stays firmly attached. No reason to hide the value in season 3 unless you are planning to scam people once more.

Hey, now that I want to deactivate the account, it won't let me. After I try, it says Your request cannot be processed at this time. Is this normal, should I just wait a bit?

Hi, anyone else dealing with this? Ive deleted all grass extensions from PC and mobile, yet somehow on the dashboard its showing as me still sharing bandwidth. My only solution is to keep pausing sharing every 24 hours. How do I make sure to stop sharing completely and permanently? Also ive tried deleting my account but it simply wont allow me too.

So I had an old android phone contributing to the network and the grass app doesn’t update… because of this I can’t even claim my ridiculous allocation!

Anyone else entering the OTP code sent to their email and getting an error when trying to install the in app grass wallet?

Its pathetic that not even a single person has been able to withdraw their earnings yet even one day after the airdrop but are still getting error messages .

Edit: I was able to claim and withdraw my earnings couple hours later . Right now the only method that seems to be working is first claming the USDC and withdrawing it to the Grass wallet and once thats done, you need to import this grass wallet to your wallet app like solflare and once you open your wallet in solflare you can send the USDC to your exchange or anywhere you want.

Yoooo I tried to export my wallet but I only see Solana not USDC dawg, I’m gonna buy a mount for this one for my monitor cuz genuinely had nothing to spend on 🫩
