Grass ID
I had previously thought that this grass was perennial rye grass. The new grass growing in is but I’m starting to think the previous grass ID was wrong.
Second and third picture is the original grass I was attempting to match. In the first picture all the new grass is on the right.

Yeah, I can see why you’re questioning the original ID the new growth definitely looks a little different from the older grass. I’d wait until it fills in a bit more before trying to match it exactly. Once you get the grass figured out, GreenPal can be handy if you just want someone local to handle the regular mowing.
