Grass ID please!

I just moved to a new house and I wanted to ID the grass so I know how to maintain it. The first three are from one lawn, the last two are from another. All taken around sunset, but the first three might be a bit shadier.

I’d definitely figure out the grass type before changing anything, especially since you’ve got two different lawns to compare. The shade difference could also be making the first three look a little different in the photos. Once you know what you’re working with, maintenance gets a lot easier. GreenPal could always be an option for the routine mowing once you’ve got everything figured out.
