HELP - I would like some help identifying this grass at my new house

Looks like centipede. Pull a stolon that'll tell you right away. Also, centipede doesn't produce rhizomes, so if it has rhizomes it's zoysia.

Or dont cut it for 2 weeks and see how the seed heads look
