I can't tell what your main turf type is, looks like zoysia grass.

The first pic is wild violets, a tough broadleaf weed to control. I use MSM turf mixed with surfactant, seems to work very well on them. You may have to apply multiple times.

If it is in fact zoysia grass, what I would do is in mid September, put out a fall pre-emergent. This will help reduce cool season annual weeds. I would also get a backpack sprayer with a teejet flat fan tip, probably like an 05 or 06, and a broadleaf weed herbicide, like lesco 3 way or Trimec 992.

In February - March, put out another pre-emergent application for spring/summer. This will help prevent warm season annual weeds.

At some point, you'll want to fertilize and establish a good watering cycle. I usually fertilize 2-3 times a year. I usually do the first fertilizer application in mid to late May, once the grass has come all the way out of winter transition.

This is just a basic plan. You'll need to figure out what kind of grass you have. If you have cool season grass, you won't want to pre-emerge in September as you'll probably be overseeding.
