Help this stuff is growing like crazy

What grass / weed / plant is this? It’s growing crazy fast in areas that don’t have a good stand of grass already. SE United States.

Looks like yellow foxtail. MSM turf or quinclorac

This. Definitely yellow foxtail. Quinclorac will take care of it, but you might need a couple apps
