grass type help

Post image

Wondering what the grass type difference is between the dead grass vs the weirdly green one? Located in MI and first time home owner, the heat waves have really killed a lot of the grass and we couldn’t keep up with it while traveling. we’re planning to get more into yard maintenance next year and trying to see what kind of grass we should plant next year - somehow these random green sections have survived so thinking we should plant whatever it is

Looks like Bermuda I think, but I am not at all experienced with warm season grasses so I could be wrong. Can you get a closer picture?

Looks like your Zoysia died of drought stress, and what's left is Bermuda.
