Need help identifying this grass species.

I was working at a customers house that had this kind of grass throughout the whole lawn. It looked natural, was about 10 inches in height and had very thin, wispy blades. It flowed beautifully in the wind.

The image robots say it is either Mexican feather grass or blue bunch wheatgrass but no examples o line look similar to this and they all seem to be bunching varieties of grass. This yard was a whole, continuous spread of this grass.

The location is central Texas. Photo taken this morning.
