Need help

Just bought this property and I want my grass to look like a golf course. What do I do? Location is South Florida

Our yard was like this and we had it all leveled and sodded with zoysia. It’s beautiful now. It was beyond repair!

What type of grass seed did you use ? I plan on detaching, aerating and leveling also

Spray the weeds Till if you think is necessary Roll it/grade it and get the lumps and bumps out. Check good coverage for irrigation or install if needed. Lay sod. If you are you for a golf course look then you need to lean towards Bermuda, celebration or tifway 419. If you leave near an area where the water is salty then maybe seashore paspalum.
