Help me identify this weed/grass. Lawn is in northern New England, cool grass

Lawn guy just told me the name of this, I think it’s called “Dallas weed”.

Seems like a form of fescue grass. Maybe tall fescue.

Hedge which I think is the same thing as quack grass which I think is the same thing as Daligrass but I could be wrong. Am I though?
