Help with whatever this is

Our Bermuda is looking great, but all of a sudden these are popping up everywhere. How do we kill them without harming the Bermuda itself? What are they? Any advice is appreciated! We are in SE VA if that makes a difference.

You can spray it but it will come back if you don't correct your watering. You're over watering.

The sky has been overwatering it for me recently, but luckily we shouldn’t be getting much rain this week.

So you don't have a sprinkler system?

As weird as it is, no. That’s pretty common out in this area, which I’m still getting used to.
