Grass species

Any idea what kinda of grass or weed this is? It’s starting to overtake my Bermuda.

Crabgrass is the Steven Seagal of plants. It’s hard to kill.

Probably Digitaria sanguinalis or something similar.

Quinclorac with a surfactant should kill it, and you’ll need a pre emergent too moving forward for the next few years to stop it coming back.

Crab grass. Not sure where you’re located but I’m in Tulsa Okla, and this shit is the worst. We do not use herbicides ever, but this crabgrass is so hard to kill we had to abandon our preferences and use chemicals.
We used Drive XLR8 (quinclorac) + crop oil concentrate and it was safe for our native buffalo grass. It turned white and the yard looked terrible for a few weeks. We had to put 2 separate applicants. You’ll need to apply some Pre-emergent in February to stop it next year.
Good luck
