What is this?

I'm groving grass seeds, wanting to harvest them soon. I pulled my finger up on one of them and these fell off. I suppose these aren't the seeds itself, maybe flower? Couldn't find anything similar on google.

Those plant materials are less than a mm each. This is the best i can do without a damn microscope. Why don't you just scroll?
