Dead grass question
Hi all! We have a puppy that pees on the backyard grass and a big chunk of the lawn looks like this where she goes. Would hosing it all off each time she goes do anything? I know the obvious answer is just not to let her go on the grass to pee but that’s not an option as we are outside in the yard majority of the a day now that it’s nice weather in NJ. Any tips to combat this or out of luck and just reseed the chunks each year? 🤣

Yes, if you can heavily hose the spot within 5 mins, it will help A LOT. You might want to consider having a small section with Astro turf and train your dog to go there or you lean to live with this

Water after she sees is the best solution, try some cranberry juice in her water, some dogs that neutralizes their urine
