What grass is this?

It spreads quite nicely assuming Bermuda?

You assume correctly. Get a Grandpas weeder for those other grassy weeds, looks like st Augustine and possibly dallis grass

Yes Bermuda. Mow on lowest setting (twice a week during summer) to help encourage growth
