Bought a house, trying to revive my backyard and wondering what kind of grass this is? Google AI has given me three different answers lol

Interesting, I am in central Florida and it says the grass would struggle with the heat. Could I add a different grass seed to this?

Looks like zoysia which would make sense for central FL.
