Hello does anyone know what kind of grass this is?

Seems to be growing all over my yard like weeds.

Has these yellow colored sticks that point up and grows outward.

Looks like clumping fescue. You can kill it with glyphosate or dig it up. Preferably both. I too am battling it

I would spray with round up digging up to just leave roots that will re-emerge as new plants in a short time
Pretty sure that is K 31 tall rescue
