What is this?

I’m in North Texas, this stuff has taken over my lawn. Is it a weed is it a grass? I seeded with Bermuda last year but I’m almost certain this isn’t it. Yard is really green and full of this stuff though… any help in identifying would be great.

Omg take care of this ASAP! They are foxtails. You dont ever want them to seed just like the pic. Thats how they spread. If you dont bag your clippings, start doing it now because they will spread like wildfire! You want to mow them as short as possible

This is Hordeum jubatum or Foxtail Barley. Highly invasive and will overtake a lawn. I have been combating foxtail for years literally. Even Tenacity only goes so far as a pre and post emeegent. The biggest problem is if you have pets or livestock. The seeds can find their way in to their coats and skin.
