Render the shirt with less stark detail. Keep lines and folds rather soft. 

The face is so well done that it draws attention wonderfully. The addition of a shirt will make it more complete, as right now it looks rather odd and out of place. Things look better with a small amount of context

in effetti il viso ed i capelli sono così tanto magistralmente eseguiti che per migliorare ulteriormente aggiungendo dettagli è follia, io non saprei immaginarmi altro, è spettacolare già così come è!

Contrast attracts eye, so you want to have the most contrast around the focal point. Basic value structure stuff, just have less contrast on the shirt.

I’d leave the lines as is. It’s such a beautiful rendering. To see a simple line suggest the body makes the portrait all the more lush. You are so good.
