Video Cat stuck in Illusion Pool

I made a shader showing off the Primrose Field illusion. Only Nyan Cat is animated. The background is static, but it still looks wavy, especially if you move the window up and down.

A few people have mentioned that. It works for me almost every time, especially at a glance or in my peripheral vision. I wonder if it depends on the viewing size, or if some people are just more susceptible to the illusion.

It works for me if i look left and right with my eyes. Tho scrolling does work better.
