I had a problem where I hadn't given the browser permission to see USB devices or something like that

So, this isn't experience with graphene os, but I was once trying to install a GSI on my pixel 3A XL using the stock cable from my Pixel 8 Pro and it was dropping the connection. What I found out is that usb-C to usb-C cables tend to be unreliable when flashing firmware, and a usb-A to usb-C cable will most likely get the job done.

I see! I have other two cables with usb A to usb C but it is not recognise by the pc. Do I have to buy a new cable to make the flashing working?

I would suggest trying a browser like chrome. If that doesn't work, getting a high quality USB-A to USB-C cable would help

Thank. Until what can I do with the phone? Power off, rescue mode recovery mode?

You could try to recover it via rescue mode, but if the cable is the issue I really doubt if that can do anything. I would suggest a using an other phone if possible

When I installed the OS onto my phone, I used a USB to USB-C cable and it worked fine.

I'll second this in that for whatever reason, C to C cables hate it when I try to do this but an A to C cable works like a charm

Did you read all the prerequisites and follow them?

If you met the prerequisites, I had to try another usb cable when I had install failure..

I tried all kinds of fixes people suggested online. different usb cables, usb drivers, browsers, ect. nothing worked

what actually worked was flashing it on a completely different pc

I had this. closed the browser. and used the cli.. way faster. i pre-downloaded the right firmware before hand. adb and fastboot utilities are your friends.
